  1. 完成 NDSCS 在线 application OR reapplication for Admission
  2. 完成 NDSCS Admission Department requirements.

  • Official college transcript(s) from all college attended in the past. If you previously attended a 北达科他州大学系统 institution, we can retrieve the transcript(s) for you.
  • ACT, SAT, and/or ACCUPLACER test results
  • 2-MMR免疫接种, and if you are younger than 21 a Meningitis (Meningococcal) vaccine is also required.

护理 Program Supplemental 应用程序

The Kaplan 护理 Admissions Test (KNAT) is a 91-question, 在线, multiple-choice test that evaluates the 基本 reading, 数学, 写作, and science skills of students seeking entry into a nursing program at NDSCS.

  • Format:  maximum of 2 pages using 12 pt. Times New Roman font and 1” margins. Resume should be organized in a professional manner with name and contact information at the top. Use the categories below as the body of the resume and include dates of the experience in month/year format.
  • Give each of the following categories a header:
